1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing our solar EPC and installation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

📑 TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Quotation is valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Installation will be carried out as per site feasibility.
• Subsidy amount is approximate and subject to government norms and approvals.
• Net metering is subject to DISCOM approval.
• 100% payment to be made as per payment schedule.
• Warranty as per manufacturer & company policy.
• Extra work (if any) will be charged separately.

2. Service Description

Neonix Infra Solutions provides engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for solar photovoltaic systems. Quotes and proposals provided through our website are estimated and subject to a final physical site survey.

3. Warranties and Liability

We install third-party manufactured equipment (such as solar panels and inverters). Warranties for these products are provided directly by their respective manufacturers. Neonix Infra Solutions guarantees the quality of our installation workmanship for a specific period outlined in your personalized service agreement.

4. Subsidies and Net Metering

While we eagerly assist in applying for the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana subsidies and DISCOM net metering, the final approval, disbursement times, and regulatory changes remain at the sole discretion of the government and local electrical authorities. Neonix cannot be held liable for delayed or rejected government subsidies.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes.
