2.4 Refund Mode

All approved refunds shall be processed only to the original source of payment or the customerโ€™s registered bank account. Neonix Infra Solutions LLP will not transfer refunds to any third-party account.

2.5 No Cash Refund

Neonix Infra Solutions LLP does not provide any refunds in cash under any circumstances. All refunds will be processed strictly through banking channels.

2.6 Refund Timeline

Refunds processed within 10โ€“20 working days

Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days

3. WARRANTY POLICY

3.1 Product Warranty

  • Solar Panels: Up to 25 years performance warranty (manufacturer warranty)
  • Inverter: 5โ€“10 years (manufacturer warranty)
  • Structure: 5 years warranty

  • Complete registration
